Why in the world do you all not sell batteries to the public? Not everyone needs a Jiffy lube person to change a car battery. Considering you (Valvoline) are the few businesses around here that sell Interstate batteries I will take my business elsewhere. Also, qdon't say it's a liability thing. You guys can't even check air pressure correctly or tighten drain plugs.. For the reply below, you don't need my Vin. I want to purchase a particular battery. It doesn't matter. It's should be OK customer here you go. Simple purchase.

Don't go here they broke the latch on my car and put zip ties on the car.. Avery sent another worker to the store down the street from the location we were at to buy the zip ties with his own money... the nx day Elliott called being disrespectful and he was no help at all.. Avery did apologize and he helped me file a claim with their corporate office..Elliott was no help very he was/is the supervisor he called yelling was not listening to anything I had to say overall just down right ignorant... whomever the lady is I filed the claim through was also ignorant GO TO JIFFY LUBE

Ive used this location several times for oil changes and decided to use it for my state safety inspection as well as they have a big sign stating that no appointments are needed. On my first attempt to use them for the inspection I showed up and was told that They only had one person who could do the inspection and he wasnt there. They couldnt tell me when he would be back and to try a different day. I came back the next day to try again. I pulled up and sat there for 20 minutes before somebody walked out to me in my car. Then somebody finally walked out and took my car in. After looking at my car over, I was told that I needed to replace my brakes and my rotors because they were, as they put it, metal on metal. Theyve been offered me a quote to have them replace my brake pads and rotors. I thought the number was a little high and wanted to get a second opinion. So, of course, my car failed the inspection. I took my car the next day to a repair shop closer to my house. They took a look at the brakes and see why it was not passed, the brakes were not metal on metal, and there was still pad left. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location, and I will not recommend them to any person.
