SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!! My girlfriend just got her nails done here for the first time and in a long time I thought Id treat her and take her to get her nails done the place gross first of all dust everywhere stations were not kept clean and even had a pet bird in the nail salon. She got a full set and the shape was done very wrong nails are unevenly cut there are visible dents in her nails and different thickness in the nail. The technician did not support her nails while filing which left her fingers extremely soar and burned her left hand ring finger. The technician rushed the whole process and was irritated from start to finish did not generate an enjoyable atmosphere girlfriend left salon extremely unhappy and dissatisfied and cried in the car. Her and I will never recommend this place to anyone and we will never becoming back for a 2nd time this was a one and done experience if google would let me leave a 0 star review trust me I would they dont even deserve a 1 star Services: Nail art, Polish removal, Nail painting, Nail polish changes, Men's manicures, Facial treatments

My fingers are so sore from going here, they did not take their time and were very rude the whole time. They could not follow a simple design. Never again will I go here they are also not kid friendly at all

My husband gave my daughter and I gift certificates for Christmas, which I was hesitant to use after seeing the google reviews. However, since this was about to expire, I figured wed roll the dice.
Scheduling was easy enough, and when I asked for the price I was told $20 for regular manicure and $30 for gel manicure. When we arrived for our appointment, the technician, Nicki, helped us choose our colors, my daughter wanted red and green for Christmas, I used the same red for my nails. I went first, and once I sat down I saw how dirty everything was dust, nail debris, maybe crumbs? All over the table. Nicki did use cuticle pushers from a separate location, I assume they were being cleaned between clients. But when it came time for filing, she grabbed a file from the open tray full of used files and buffers on the top of her station. Visibly used, super gross.
She seemed to be a nice person, making very minimal conversation, but she was in a massive hurry- she did both of our gel manicures in less than 25 minutes.
She took us to the cash register to pay, and said $30 for each, so $60. When I presented my gift certificates, ($60 gift certificates) it was only then that she said my daughters manicure was an extra $5 since she used 2 shades of polish! This was the final nail in the coffin for me, I left very frustrated and unhappy, but because my daughter was happy I chose not to ruin the experience for her with a confrontation.
Our nails looked fine when we were done, but within 24 hrs I had one nail break and another chip.
We will not return and lesson learned to check google reviews before purchasing gift certificates! Service: Gel manicures
