This was my very first time ever going to this place, it was highly recommended to me! The customer service was amazing, the staff was very friendly, and i felt comfortable. I went in for something a little simple but Haley slayed it with my nails they turned out absolutely better than i expected them too. Haley was very very nice had a conversation with me the whole time which i enjoyed very much instead of sitting in silence the whole time. I will definitely be going back again! Fairly priced as well, i only paid $65 for a full set!

Used to like this place but the prices gone up with the quality down. Also arguing with customers in front of other customers and calling the police on them is not a good look to other customers! Your inability to diffuse an argument with a customer can only make you look bad as a business. I can say Im disgusted to say the least. That woman had 2 young children with her. Hardly a threat to you or your business. Shame on you.

Dear miss Tany. That women came in with a crying baby in hand, we do her nails one hand at a times so she can still hold her baby. My nails tech took over 2hrs for her nails, we also told her chrome would be extra, she was fine until she have to pay. That when she gets loud, cussing at everyone and told us to call the police because she’s wasn’t gonna pay. We been in business for over 4o years, trust me we don’t like to get the police involved, but certain situations that our only option is! Thank you and we appreciated your business

If youre looking for good customer service and to be treated like a valued customer, this is NOT the salon for you. From their fluctuating prices, nasty attitudes, and blatant preferential treatment based on personal biases, the whole experience was horrible say the least. Tina, among other staff are incredibly rude. Despite my attempts to tip well and be extra friendly. When I brought this to managements attention (I believe her name was cc) her response was pick a tech who speaks better English so they wont seem rude, as she proceeded to be rude herself before hanging up. No accountability. No regard for the experiences we had. I dont advise spending your money here.
