I can't say enough great things about Mike and his company. They installed my HVAC system about 4 years ago and a mini split 3 years ago. Reasonable service contract year to year. I've had two emergency calls, once about heat, and just this week the AC. I think both times they were here within the hour! Mike came back the same day for the heat with the part, and fixed the AC within the hour; parts were under warranty, with a very reasonable service charge. Great service, great people! From the moment I read the first customer review. I knew I found the right HVAC contractor . My natural gas furnace would not provide heat . I contacted the office and was greeted with a knowledgeable woman on the other end of the phone . I explained my situation. Was scheduled for a service call the next day . Mike the owner arrived looked at my unit . In less than 10 minutes it was determined my heat exchanger was cracked. Mike contacted the office to provide me a price . Within 20 minutes I was emailed a contract for the removal and replacement of the furnace. A week later two professional technicians arrived on time . First thing asked was What did you do in the Navy? The one technician was like yeah i also served. During the removal and installation I was included . If I had a question it was answered promptly. I was shown the parts of the furnace that were problem areas. During the clean up the technician sweep his way out the door . Leaving my house better than they found it . After a disappointing 3 day marathon with my home warranty company I called absolute comfort and son's. They came out same day on time (Saturday) diagnosed the problem and I was scheduled for Monday to replace my units. Mike and Cathy were absolutely very professional and kind.
