This used to be my default pharmacy. But now every time I go to fill my prescription, there is always some issue. I used to fill my prescription every 28 days, now it seems I am only able to fill every 30 days, which isn't a huge deal but now I don't have those extra buffer days in case of emergency. It also has begun taking a lot longer to get my medications filled when it used to just take an hour. I have had some days where I was stuck there all day, but couldn't leave without my medication. Additionally, if you do encounter an issue, the pharmacist will be exceptionally rude to you. He makes it seem like you are bothering him every time you speak to him, and will straight up hang up on you on the phone. The other staff at the pharmacy is great, but sadly every major issue has to go through this pharmacist it seems. Every month he ruins my day when I go to get my medication by being incredibly rude. I will probably switch to something a little closer to home.

My wife and I obtained the latest Pfizer Booster today at the Queen St location. The staff iis very professional and focus on our care.
