Walgreens

Really disappointed with the service. They dont even have vitamin D drops for kids in their inventory. I tried 2-3 times a week to get the vitamin D drops but they always keep saying it will be restocked in few days. Its been a week already.

I have always had a positive experience at the Moon Walgreens. It's organized, not crowded, and I am in and out quickly! The photo projects are great too!

The automated phone system is horrid.

This Walgreens is horrendous. They have a terrible phone tree which does not allow you to leave a prescription via voicemail. They force you to hold, pick up the phone, then put you right back on hold again, not even asking you if you are OK to hold. This has happened multiple times while I am 'holding'.

It takes a lot for me to give one star ratings, but this right here needed to be done. I have never come across such rude and uninviting customer service, not to mention incredibly judgmental and most importantly so wrong. They clearly did not want my business and made me feel like I was doing something wrong when in reality I just moved here from out of state (abruptly due to a new job) and have been trying to establish care since the moment I got here, but as many of you know it takes time to get in with a new local doctor. I've always heard really awful things about Walgreens, but this is the icing on the cake. I will never step foot in that store or pharmacy again and I encourage you to do the same. Thankfully it took me no time to find a pharmacy willing to help, I just had to wait a full four days due to Thanksgiving in the weekend.
