Hey do your guys fix furbies? I have 1998 furby Snowball who, when inserting batteries, doesn't turn on. I've tried alot of things Google suggested and it doesn't seem to work. Take a free 5 star review.

I haven't seen or talked to Dan in years. What I do recall is that Dan was an honest man who always provided good services and electronics.

Dan was extremely helpful when it came to repairing my old VHS camcorder. I visited the shop during business hours one day but the doors were locked and no one was there. I left a note with my information and he got back to me soon after. The turnaround time for the repair was super fast (only a couple days) and the service was very reasonably priced. I'm grateful for their ability to service older equipment and will definitely be returning for any other electronic needs

In cohoots with insurance company. We had $30k worth of damaged electronics that would not work.

i have been trying for the past few months to contact this company, in regards to a touch screen i had taken in to be repaired. i have made numerous calls and no one ever answers the phone. this coming March will be TWO YEARS that this company has had my property. i was told  about six months ago when i finally did get through, well someone actually answered the phone, that they could not find the single part needed to fix the machine, and could only find the whole board that the faulty part was on. we told them to go ahead and get the whole board and replace it.   NOTHING!!!!!!!! no calls to say it is done. no one answering when we call. the machine was a gift to me from my sister and  i would really like it back, REPAIRED!!!!  upon doing some digging, i found out that i am the third person with this problem with this company at this address. i am highly upset and very disgusted with this matter and this company. very poor customer relations and as far as i see it right now..... a thief!
