I took my laptop to One Geek to see if they could replace the power button. Rogger said it would be an easy fix and they would call me when it was ready. They never called but a week later I was close to their store on my way home from work so I stopped in. I could see my laptop still sitting on the self where he put it the day I brought it in. Rogger said that his boss had to check on the part and to stop by later. So i did and he said they couldn't get the part. He handed me the work order which had no balance, I sighed it, then Rogger printed out another work order with a bill on it and said I owed the ballance. I said to him "What's this for? You kept my laptop for over a week and didn't do anything but waste my time and gas." He said it was for labor but my laptop never moved from their self. I didn't argue though, I just paid and left. Honestly, by the way Rogger acted and him making me sign a blank work order then printing out another with a balance, I think he may be stealing from his company. I tried to call in to express my concerns and to see if they really rip people off and waste their time like they did to me or if Rogger was to blame. But Rogger was the only one that answered and no one else would call me back. I don't know who is to blame, the company or the employees but either way they both reflect on each other. I would strongly recommend you don't waste your time by going here because you will get ripped off.

Mike with One Geek is the best! I would highly recommend them and plan to use One Geek for all my computer repair needs. I owe Mike a huge Thank You! Mike went out of his way and donated his services to help York Habitat for Humanity recover some very important files. Many hours of work would have been lost without his help. He recovered the files and repaired the laptop on the spot. Thank you, thank you, thank you One Geek!!! York Habitat for Humanity thanks you too!

I would highly recommend One Geek. My daughter's laptop stopped powering up. I dropped it off at One Geek late on a Thursday afternoon. They called me in about an hour to let me know what the problem was and asked if it was ok to order the part to fix it. I gave the ok. The laptop fixed and ready to be picked up by Tuesday afternoon. The price was extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Crown Associates business relationship with OneGeek has been an educational joy ride. One Geek has handled all of our computer needs for a period of six years. They have held our hand and walked us through the early stages of our companies needs and guided us toward marvelous and much needed improvements. We have never had to wait for service. They are prompt, knowlegable and attentive. An in office appointment or over the phone educated response is only a call away. As with all businesses today, ours relies on our computers being up and ready at a moments notice. OneGeek keeps us in business and we are thankful for their continued support.
