Federated Lending Corporation

My experience with the Federated Lending Corporation was a great one! I am a first time home buyer and the process of buying a house is something I had no idea about. While working with Charlie Novak and the Federated Lending Corporation, they made this entire process for me so easy. Charlie was always available for me when I had questions or concerns and he was available all the time. I highly recommend this group and Charlie Novak if you are looking to buy a home and begin a mortgage!

This company is incredible, I have used them twice and they make getting a loan so simple & find the best rate. I did rate shop a bit and they did better than I could find. They are SO helpful, responsive & clear about what is needed. I will never go to another company & send everyone I know to Federated Lending.

Glenn was awesome to work with! As a first time homebuyer he walked me through every step, process and questions I could possibly have. He was fast at responding and willing to take the time to explain everything. I would recommend Glenn to anyone, especially first time homebuyers.
