Brittany Jenn and her whole team - including any referrals like title and insurance - are incredibly competent, communicate thoroughly, and take care of you the entire way. Brittany is incredibly knowledgable and totally on top of inventory as it comes up which is crucial in a tight market. I was sent the property I ended up purchasing the day it hit the market, in it the following afternoon and under contract a day later. She doesn't let grass grow but she also isn't pushy and never will you feel rushed. She's calm, patient, and when you clearly communicate what you are looking for she will find it for you. You will be in great hands.

Ive been following on social media for years, even before I was even thinking about starting my home search, because Brittany posts very helpful and informational content about the Philly (and surrounding burbs) housing market and I figured the more I can learn, the better. Now that Im just about ready to start my first home hunt I have been really paying attention to her content and the great houses she shares.
