I wasnt really looking for a new home. I was just curious when I stopped by an open house listed by Joel Gruenke and hosted by Karen Mooney. ButI decided on the spot that this new place was exactly what I needed. I thought it would all just magically happen. The magic was Karen. Always aware of my concerns and mindful of my comfort zone, she devised a course of action. When that didnt work for me, she came up with Plan B then even plan C. She then listed the property I currently owned and sold it within a week at a record price for similar units within the community. I am now living happily in the new home I never expected which would never have happened were it not for the expertise, creative thinking and sensitivity of Karen and the whole team.

After living in the same home for nearly 40 years, moving and relocating to another state for us was an daunting task. However we were so lucky we found Karen Mooney at Keller Williams! Right from the start she gave us great advice and support to help us find a home close enough to our daughter's family in Philadelphia but in a location in the suburbs that closely matched our vision of more open space with a slower pace of living than where we lived on Long island. Karen was exactly what we needed, a guide with experience, who knows the region well and listened to our preferences. She was able to quickly translate our requirements and provide us with a constant stream of listings through a custom online portal, that, for the most part met many of our preferences. As a result we felt we did not waste a lot of time looking at homes that we had zero interest in. From the start, Karen responded promptly to us and immediately got to work.
