Living at college station north has been quite the experience. From a beautiful, brand new apartment that is so clean it gives students the opportunity to live in a place where you can feel luxurious while going to school. Between all the amenities from the gym, self service coffee, a pool and more this is just the spot to live. On top of that you are surrounded by staff that really cares for there tenants. Any questions or concerns they help immensely and always provide great service for us. My time here has been nothing but positive and enjoyable.

Finding this apartment was truly a hidden gem. I love absolutely everything about this place! We have had the pleasure of working with Derek who has been the best at helping us sign our lease and move-in. The location is close to lots of stuff in the area, and the amenities are a premium. We are looking forward to our first year living here and enjoying our new home!!

We were looking for a place around the area and stumbled upon a new apartment that popped up on our Google searches. Called the same day and had a tour scheduled with Derek that following Saturday. Tour was great, simple and Derek answered all our questions. Had the lease signed by Thursday that same week. Finding a new home/apartment can be a hassle (Ive been in many apartments across the state from schooling to clinical rotations), but this was the most seamless process. Had a couple options but this experience overall, made it an easy decision for us. Derek thanks again, hes extremely cordial, professional and definitely looks after you and helps you throughout the process! Excited to be moving in here soon!
