My case started with 2 misdemeanors and 1 Summary Charge occurring from my doing my job... David first explained what the public defender did wrong from the start, and things requested that would not be granted.... As we went through the statements, and determined what was NOT said, he quickly advised me that I had done nothing criminal. Although I was willing to perform community service if the criminal charges were dismissed, the ADA returned with a 1 year probation counter to which David suggested I not accept.... As we prepared for court, one witness had reported that she would not be available on the date scheduled so he asked that her written statement be allowed in lieu of her appearance. The ADA asked for assistance from the DA to evaluate the case, and it was agreed that the possibility of a conviction without sufficient evidence beyond a reasonable doubt would not be possible! Although I looked forward to making fools of those involved, due to Davids steadfast approach, all charges were dropped and my case has been closed! 13 Months of my life that I can not get back, but I know life will get easier after having a knowledgeable attorney.

David explained everything to me clearly, discussed my options with me, and did everything that he said he would do. Once we were in court, he was able to reduce my sentence to the absolute minimum. I could not be any happier with how things went, I would hire him again for sure, and absolutely recommend him.
