I am very disappointed and displeased with the service I have received from Jonathan Comitz/ Comitz Law firm. It has been 2 and a half years, and I am no better off than I was when walked into his office and first spoke to Mr. Comitz.
I came in 2021 with a breach of contract case and was quoted $7k estimated for the whole case. I explained that I had already tried everything, and it was time to get a judge/jury involved.
In December 2022, the complaint was finally drafted and filed. Now we are in January 2024 and I just received a court date for March 2024. I am out $17k in attorney fees, as well as the other charges inquired because of the breach of contract I came in to litigate to start with. I have a hard time getting in contact with Mr. Comitz even after leaving messages, sending emails, and such. He has no problem billing me $240 or more each time he actually does respond.
BE AWARE:
I would make sure you have substantial amounts of MONEY before choosing this lawyer, and that the case will be DRAGGED OUT for a longer period of time.

Jeremy is one of the best attorneys my family has ever come across. He listens, he cares, he is professional , prompt and most importantly responsive . He lets you speak and wants to hear your story and understand every detail and doesnt rush through things . He is very detailed and organized and really works with you on every level . He makes you feel comfortable through out the whole process and made my family feel at ease . If youre thinking about hiring him , do it . You wont regret it .
