ATM never works, won't accept cash and there is no other ATM at the building. The one on 51 had 2 atms and they closed that one and move everyone up to this smaller one.

Went back to C3 and got waited on right away.

Bank in Giant Eagle has been closed for about a year now . They reduced hours during & after covid then used that as an excuse.
