It was a terrible experience, just please DONT GO THERE!!!
1.the room was too old with the smell of mold and cigarette smoke
2.pool and hot tub dont work
3. Look at our shower, I mean we leave the hotel even without taking a shower
4. When we booked the room breakfast was included. They didnt have nothing, just few muffins (they have been there since the night) and coffee. THATS IT!!!

The Pool was still not working although the area where the pool is located is amazing. IF they get it up and going this place will be amazing. They said they have been working on everything..but honestly the only thing you could see that they worked on was a set of steps up to the stage. There is no room service until the 3rd day..we only stayed for 2. Had to go to the front desk for new towels and was told to just leave the dirty ones in the hallway..which they stayed there for the whole day. The 1st floor was freezing. Our room wouldn't go above 66. The bathroom is extremely small, the door almost rubbed the toilet when you opened the door. There is a bar, and a snack bar.. which is cheaper then the vending machines that are located in the hallways. There was also a small but decent workout room. If they keep trying this place could be very very nice..but right now it's about a 2..3 for me.

They have Bed Bugs. Room 366A. I informed the front desk. I got an apology. I understand that they are hard to find. Im sorry for the negative review but I have standards. I think people should be informed.

I wish I could give 0 stars. That's what this place deserves. It's very sad really.. This hotel used to be so beautiful and still has a ton of potential. Unfortunately the owner just doesn't care. The place is outdated, falling apart, and smells of smoke and must. Bathrooms and toilets are all filthy, moldy and need replaced badly. The "Jacuzzi rooms" are clearly abused by unsavory people and never cleaned appropriately. That's if you get one that even works. Gross stained carpets, sheets and beds/linens. They've also claimed that the pool is "under renovation" since 2018 now. No exaggeration. Call now, they,ll say thr same thing. Check reviews from 2018..still no pool. Clearly they just don't want to pay for the upkeep, so they don't bother to open it, yet their rates still reflect a hotel with a hot tub and pool. They offer no discount for this inconvenience. The people who do stay here smoke and drink all through the hotel. They've turned the pool area into a smoke shop. It's like a trap house every weekend and the one staff member there after hours just ignores the problems. You won't be able to sleep due to the noise and smell. If you try to inform and complain, they offer no apologies let alone any discount for the troubles. The manager just dodges calls until you give up. It's a scam really. Trust me, don't support this business and don't waste your money here!!! You'll be mad and out with nothing to show and no route to take. There are 2 beautiful hotels in the
same area, one further up on the same hill, The Hampton Inn, that actually has pool access and hot breakfast. It's modern, clean and comfortable. Our favorite in the area is the Holiday Inn over on Spangler, right down the road. They have a clean heated pool and hot tub, hot breakfast, actually clean and modern. They have ice cream, cookies and popcorn given for free from 5-9 and a hot cocoa/tea bar available all day/night. They have huge soaking tubs in their rooms too. Both of these other 2 hotels within a mile literally charge the same rate as the Park Inn. Force this grimy owner to step up and offer decency to his guests. STAY AWAY!

Absolutely the WORST EMPLOYEE CRYSTAL. This idiot gets my debit card SHUT OFF and now I HAVE NO ACCESS TO MY MONEY! I sure wasnt staying at this hotel AFTER HER HORRIBLE SERVICE. I will call her BOSS EVERYDAY ALL DAY UNTIL SHE FIRED! Nobody should EVER have to be in my NOW SITUATION OVER HER LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ON HOW TO DO HER JOB. SHE LIED AND caused me to now have NO ACCESS TO MY MONEY! She SHOULD NEVER WORK AT ANY HOTEL OR WITH A HUMAN. IDIOT
