Was less than an hour away from totality on April 8th. Right of the interstate but didn't hear any real noise from the interstate in my room.
Not a place with a ton of extra frills but a great place to stay the night during a trip. Even has a breakfast.

I've had plenty of hotels stays over the years. This one was ok, far from the worst but not the best. The rooms could be cleaned better. There was hair in the mini fridge, desk felt sticky, it didn't smell clean etc. I went to the local dollar store and got cleaning supplies so I could feel more comfortable. The front desk attendants were all very nice and welcoming.
Rooms: The heating and cooling system worked well.

Rooms: Very clean rooms
Very clean rooms.
Nearby activities: Exercise room around!!
Gym room nearby!!
Walkability: Lots of places!!
Many places to go for a walk.
