      image I was very pleasantly surprised by the service at this att store. The manager, Josh?, was very pleasant and highly knowledgeable (tech savvy) and was able to solve my problem with smart solution. (eSim added to existing phone so having a separate new US number as I am based in Germany these days). In all it took 15 mins and I was already phoning! Thanks again, Josh!

      image Josh, the AT&T representative at the East Bradford store, was excellent. I had lost my iPhone 12 and he was able to set me up with a new iPhone 15 and restore all my settings, Aps, and all my contact and security information very fast. Josh turned what started as a stressfull day into a very good day.
