Hello!! I had had a problem with my account in Miami and unfortunately they closed it. But I came here to see my possibilities, and although in the end there were none, Mr. Cornelius Callaghan did the impossible and was very empathetic to show the same frustration as me. Although my account could not be opened again, I am very grateful because he was very respectful and did the best he could.
