We opened a new checking account for a small non-profit organization, and the staff could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Big change from our previous bank (which will go unmentioned, but their initials are PNC) which treated us very poorly. Word to the wise: This is true of all banks, but you can always get a better deal on check printing when you go to a discount printer (Google "check printing"). Truist is fine with us getting our checks anywhere we want. This branch is not open on Saturdays, but what the heck, I'm retired.

Numerous visits with the Manger concerning identify theft. 3 months later, a different BB&T, paperwork started within MINUTES. My privacy was finally addressed, policy not followed at this location. The young professional woman that helped me stated she worked at this location and requested a transfer. West Chesters loss is Honey Brooks gain!
