JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I love this store and I know what you might be thinking because of how sparse the inventory has been lately but whatever you are thinking, its not true. They are very much NOT closing down for good, they explained to me convincingly that they are just trying to not get stuck with too much inventory especially just for Christmas and even though I love going there every time I go because of the customer service despite the fact that they are super understaffed. Other than the handful of times that I did wait in line to be checkedppp out, it wasnt long and it was completely necessary. This past time which was last night was even better than normal. I was helped for the most part by a guy named Will and because it was late and they werent too busy he was there for any questions I had and every need that game up for me. Normally I know my way around but this time i was shopping for something I had never even looked for before and he always paid attention to the front door or the counter to make sure she wasnt missing a beat and then there was his equally amazing co worker named Siena. The reason I feel like its so important to actually acknowledge the workers like this is because we are now in an economy in a time where they simply almost siest to exist, so sad but true so keep it up Will and Siena. You guys are a main reason I keep coming back! P.S. I kinda find it funny that the customers who are the quickest to complain (&complain relentlessly) are almost always the ones telling their own kids that college is the only way to make something of themselves when in fact if everyone got a degree, everything as we know it would fall apart and it already has started and the world as we know it is about to fall apart disastrously. Sorry about the doomsday talk,its just my little two sense haha, I know no one asked for that last part and sorry you guys, no charge..on the house haha

No one was at checkout. I rang the bell for assistance and no one came even though I could see people working in the store. Put my purchase back and left.

I am former Joann customer (stopped my craft business). This store was the best of all Joann store where I have ever been for. The manager lady is knowledgeable and they do really fast service. I appreciate the stuff who gave me best experience of all Joann. Thank you.
