Ruth Demuth with TripGuy out of Milford, Iowa is absolutely fantastic! My family and I recently took a family vacation to the Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites in Playa Del Carmen. As always, the trip and the property were amazing! We have taken annual trips through her for nearly a decade now and she never seems to disappoint. She always has great recommendations, and most importantly delivers great customer service! Thank you Ruth!

I recently had the pleasure of booking a spring break getaway at the Grand Palladium Jamaica through Carissa Bula with TripGuy Travel. From start to finish, every aspect of my trip was handled with utmost professionalism and care by Carissa. Carissa led with exemplary customer service from the beginning. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us select a wonderful resort that suited the varied interests of two families with teens and younger children, while meeting our budget. The booking process was seamless, and Carissa informed us of different options to make our trip simpler (like using Club Mobay to avoid long customs lines genius!). Once our group of 9 arrived at the airport, and then the resort, we were thrilled to find that everything was exactly as promised and more. The accommodations, amenities, and dining options were great. No one in our group felt bored or unsatisfied during my stay. What truly sets Carissa and her team apart is her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. She answered countless questions from us, at all hours and up to the last minute. Carissa went above and beyond to ensure that our spring break trip exceeded our expectations in every way possible. From arranging airport transfers (even changing the time of our pickup last minute) to providing helpful tips and recommendations for our stay, she truly thought of everything. Overall, we cannot recommend Carissa Bula and TripGuy enough for anyone looking to book a stress-free and unforgettable vacation experience. I will definitely be booking with them again for future travel adventures.

If I could give 100+ stars I would! Excellent service by both Mitch and Mark from start to finish of our trip! Will definitely recommend and continue to use their company as I valued their expertise and fabulous recommendations. TripGuy Travel you ROCK! Iberostar Grand Paraiso in the Riviera May was outstandingly beautiful and every staff member was so very attentive. Antonio, Mauricio, Luis, Juliana and many other staff members made our business/Honeymoon trip incredibly memorable. A million THANKS to TripGuy Travel!!
