Visionworks The Colonnade at State College

Terrible experience!!! They messed up everything possible from the multiple eye exams (couldnt seem to get it right) to the incorrect prescriptions multiple times, for glasses & contacts. Doesnt seem anyone there has any knowledge or authority to make things right. Phone just rings and rings when you call, If they say they will call you, never happens. I do not recommend , Ive learned my lesson and will be going elsewhere!. ***Update*** They comment they are concerned and want to make it right? I contacted them as requested, they never responded.

Austin and the rest of the staff are wonderful. They make you feel welcome and comfortable at their store. The optometrist was wonderful and understanding of my concerns. I will be back. Thank you so much.

Very unhappy with the 2 ladies that worked on 02/14/24. We went in this store at 3:30 looking for frames for my wife. These ladies were sitting behind the counter, they never greeted us in any way. After 20 minutes at looking for frames, with no help offered, we left. By the way the ladies were still sitting behind the counter and never said good bye or anything...

Honestly I had a the best experience at Vision Works in State College from the start I walked in today. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful even when they were very busy because i could tell they were short staffed. The eye doctor was the best I had in a long time; He was very thorough. Very glad I made the switch to Vision Works. After my exam they helped me order my glasses and contacts. I definitely would give 10/10 and am going to continue going to this Vision Works for my yearly eye exams.
