Visionworks Millcreek Mall

I have been a patient of visionworks for at least 15 years and have never had a problem with them up until my last visit. I had my eyes examined for new contacts and when I received them in the mail the left contact lens was too strong for me. They told me that they would fix the problem and get me the right strength prescription well this is going on 2 months now and I am still waiting

Very easy to make appointment and everyone was very helpful. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Was a little longer than expected, but they were very thorough... definitely worth it.

Made appointments for my children and myself. When we showed for our appointments they said they were canceled. Because they tried to call and confirm the appointments but because I didn't get the call they canceled the appointments . I am not happy .

I work at the Dunkin in the mall. The manager here (at least thats how she identified herself), Alyssa, came to my store and berated and harassed me over a 25 cent charge for our plastic cups of water. Youd think someone who works in customer service would have better decorum and understand when policies are being placed by corporations, but enforced by employees. Especially when the one time I got an exam here, I was overcharged by $50 for a contact exam which was covered by insurance. Funny, I calmly handled an overcharge of $50, but 25 cents was enough to send her over the edge.

Showed up for an appointment and was told it would be telehealth but was not given that information at time of booking. If youre going to be offering that as a service it needs to be advertised at time of booking, now when you show up for the appointment.
