This was my first ever experience getting a facial and I was very disappointed. Reception booked me for the Signature facial instead of the Essential, and I know I said the right one because I had the menu up as made the appointment. When I checked in no one said the name or price of the service to me. The only difference between the services was that the more expensive one came with a 5 minute shoulder massage that was extremely unsatisfying. The esthetician did not spend any time discussing my skin type and skin concerns, and barely spoke to me at all. I tried asking what products she was using and she was unsure of the ingredients. It's a shame because I was looking for a place to get regular facials and quality skin care products, but they could not even help me choose products that would work for me. I do not think this place is serious about skincare and I would not recommend their services.

Hands down, best place in town for an eyebrow wax! My husband buys me gift cards for spa packages and I'm always so grateful for the day of pampering at such a nice location. Every single employee is so friendly and welcoming, the ambient music mixed with the aromatherapy and peaceful decor, it's the perfect place for all the wonderful spa treatments.
