I was a loyal, regular customer at Lipstick Salon. I got my nails done there once a week or sometimes every two weeks. I kept going back because the people were really nice. But I am not going there anymore. I called to set up an appointment and their phones were ringing off the hook, no answer. So I showed up. They were closed in the middle of the day when they were scheduled to be open and didn't transfer calls to their cell phones. I waited in the freezing cold until they said they would be back, plus 30 minutes and they didn't show up. It was just really irritating and unprofessional. I wouldn't go to Lipstick if you are looking for prompt, professional service.

THIS BUSINESS IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!!! THE NEW OWNERS AND HER STAFF ARE F.A.N.T.A.S.T.I.C!! I took my daughter and a group of her friends there for a birthday party and the girls had a GREAT time. Amy and Calli did their toes and finger nails, we had the whole loft to ourselves to sing, have cake and dance around!! The girls all asked if we could go back again next year. I will be back again for my next cut and color with Amy in a few weeks. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!

I have to admit, as a man it's somewhat intimidating to get your haircut at a place called Lipstick. The great service and friendly staff however make getting my haircut here worth it.
