Changing Times Hair Designs

We were in for a kids haircut this morning and I was blown away by how well it went. My 3 year old son is super hesitant to have anything done to him, and has never sat and had his hair cut professionally before. Our stylist was so kind and calm and didnt do anything over the top or fake to try to draw him in, which was PERFECT for us. And his hair came out looking great. We will absolutely be back with him, and the rest of the family may be scheduling as well in the future!

Our whole family gets our hair cut here. Our little boy always has a great time and the staff are extremely patient with him. We always come out looking great and the service is extremely friendly.

I went to Susie and honestly, she does not know what she is doing when it comes to blondes. While the color came out pretty, whatever bleach she was using is SO cheap that anytime I applied heat to my hair (flat ironed it), it broke. My once full long hair (the longest its been in years) is now ruined and Im left to have to regrow it back just b/c she wants to save money. Whats worse is she tried to blame it on me not getting my haircut. Ive never had an issue before waiting 3 months for a haircut so I knew it wasnt that. Dont recommend! Its frustrating that I now have shoulder length hair again and am re-starting the grow out process!!! Susie, its worth spending a little more money to buy products that wont fry your clients hair. I would have gladly given you $50-100 so I could keep the length of my hair. Stop thinking you are doing your clients a favor by using cheap products and not applying products when you style your clients hair. Worst experience Ive had in over 10 years at a salon!!!
