        This bank is a complete disaster. The leadership is extremely questionable and the entire organization is disorganized. Representatives, including branch managers, have lied, and have been unhelpful, repeating themselves without offering any real support. To make matters worse, the information provided is often inconsistent, and the quality of the service and products is poor. On top of that, the company's apps are severely outdated. The foreign customer service is not connected well to the branch and main offices, and the fraud department is poorly managed. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company.

        I went in here looking to open some CDs the other day and the teller who 'helped' me was so hopelessly ignorant and prejudicial that I ended up walking out and going somewhere else. The bigotry was mind boggling.
