        Very upset, walked in to get a PS5 and the only person there was helping another customer so i waited off to the side (no acknowledgement). A couple walked in a minute later and while she is finishing up with her customer, she says hi to them and they ask if she has any PS5s in stock. They take the last one meanwhile the associate doesnt even acknowledge me. This place is horrible, walked out and will never be back

        I never ever had an issue here and all the employees have been very nice. The one guy I saw there seemed to be a new hire but wasn't rude. The last two times I've seen the SM from Folsom and he's super nice, doesn't push things on you, and helps you out. I give this man props! If you're reading this you are an AWESOME human!
