This person made a connection with my children and canceled after one session. There was always a story with scheduling. I asked her a question a week before my appointment. I asked if I had to schedule two separate appointments or one together, and she just simply never responded. I got to the appointment after clearly needing two and she only saw one child. Theres no phone number listed, the listed email goes to a box that no one checks( she does not tell you that when she tells you to email her) I dont know what her deal really is but inconsistency in MH services can cause serious issues later for children. Proceed with caution.

I absolutely love her practice, she's an amazing therapist. She walked me through the most difficult times in my life. She gave me the best tools I need to recover. And Now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. . I will forever be grateful....

I would advise against seeing Dr. V for couples therapy. My partner and I had recently separated, and she made it clear she thought that was the wrong choice, which escalated over time to her bringing it up to shame me. She inserted her personal feelings about our situation in a way that felt controlling and belittling, attempted to get my partner to gang up on me during sessions (which made us both uncomfortable), and met any perceived attempts to challenge her authority with defensiveness or shaming. She also hinted that my individual therapist was using their power of suggestion to influence my actions, which I think is telling about how she viewed her own role... Beyond this behavior, she would monologue at length about things that didn't really provide clarity on our situation and was overly focused on correcting my language in a way that felt arbitrary to me and my partner. We also barely unpacked the main issue that we came to her for, and my partner thought her feelings weren't given equal time/attention. I regret not spotting the red flags sooner.
