If I could give it no stars I would. Staff dont care at all. When you ask them a question its like youre interrupting their personal conversations and they act bothered. Customer service is even worse. They are rude and the manager is passive and seems scared of the rude employees to do anything about them.

Id like to share my opinion about this Best Buy location in Springfield, Pennsylvania.
I love this store. They always have great stock, the store is perfectly clean, and the staff is really friendly. Through the years weve bought a lot of different things there. Everything from TVs to washing machines, dryers dishwashers, etc.
this past weekend, we had an issue with our TV that we bought about a year and a half ago. It was a really expensive model, and I was less than thrilled about the idea of having to ship it back to the manufacturer.
I went to the store this afternoon for help. The store manager (Dan) was super professional, supportive and helped me to resolve my issues. He patiently listened to me talk about what was going on, he looked up all the information regarding my sale and warranty information. In the end, he was able to help me resolve the issue through my warranty, so that our TV will be back in place this coming week!
I want to thank Dan and his staff for their help. I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate being able to resolve this as easily and quickly as we did.
