        Tonia is very sweet and helped me during My journey with Allstate Ive since relocated and stayed with Allstate. I have drivers insurance with them and love how your discounted toward end policy if your not in any accidents. Would Highly recommend this car insurance.

        This office is still closed DUE TO COVID had to drive to Johnstown all 3 offices in Johnstown are open and have been open. This is just a lame excuse to work on line at home. I was going to transfer to this local agent but if this is how they operate I'll pass. I can continue with the agent I have on line or drive to their office that has been open as soon as they where allowed.

        Waited over an hour to be told it was going to be 4 hours till a tow truck came! Lady on the phone couldn't understand the address and we couldn't get her to get someone on the phone we could understand. We were about 20 minutes out of Greensburg 5 hours for a tow truck was ridiculous!
