Ciocca Collision of Sellersville

I would like to greatly thank all the individuals at the Ciocca Sellersville Collision Center who repaired, repainted and restored my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek during the first week of March. It is beautiful and no one would be able to see where I was struck on the drivers side qtr panel and both doors by a hit and run. That was upsetting but you all did a superb job erasing all the damage. Thank You again for making my Crosstrek look brand new. You are truly automotive artists !!

We had to bring back to collision center on our own time bc they had gotten some type of compound on the hood and never cleaned it off. Also hood was never centered when car was reassembled so hood was way towards one side. Sorry but was not happy with the repairs. I had brought it to them for repairs and I still had to take time out of my day, 2 days later, to take it to have it fixed correctly and cleaned since they didn't clean off the mess they got on it and didn't center the hood. That all should have been fixed and done the first time.

The car looks brand new after repair from scraping right doors on a telephone pole. I had a dent in hood unrelated to my telephone pole incident & asked for a quote to repair while servicing the pole damage. Ciocca repaired the hood damage free of charge. Thank upu!

Car was rear ended, it was only 2 months old. About 1000 miles on it. It was a gnarly smash and took out my entire back passenger side. You would never know after Ciocca took care of it. Car looks just as good as the day I drove it off the dealership lot. They worked directly and seamlessly with my insurance carrier. There was daily, if not weekly communication via text about status of repair, which was nice and reassuring. Speed could use a little work. I dont know if thats a supply chain issue, so Im hesitant to fault Ciocca Sellersville for that. Regardless, the car was returned to me in the same condition it was in when I purchased. And thats all you can want and ask for.

My 2017 Ford Fusion Sport was rear ended by a large pickup, doing over $12,000 in damage. The repair work was top notch, you'd never know that the car was hit now. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Repair did take a bit longer than expected but was worth the wait.
