    This place is not nearby for me and there are 2 Subaru dealerships closer. I believe the customer service and the service department is better than the other dealerships

    About a year ago, we stopped in to A&T to browse the new Subaru Outbacks. Tom (Merritt) spent a great deal of time with us. Recently, I decided to move forward with purchasing a new Outback. We went back in and spoke to Tom and again, he spent quite a bit of time with us, showing us our different options for the 2024 Outbacks. I needed some time to decide my next steps and told Tom, I'd be back in touch. He did not pressure me but waited for me to contact him. Once I made my decision, he was extremely helpful in locating an Outback with my specifications. Within a few weeks, I had my new car. It was a very smooth process and overall, a great experience! A&T provides a great service where the customer goes back after a couple weeks to go over all of the controls/features again. Jessica was truly a pleasure to speak with; she answered all of my questions and helped me to learn how to use the many controls in the car. Overall, puchasing from A&R was a great experience!

    You can't have good, fast, and cheap. Ideally pick two. In this case, pick one. I know one of the technicians and they've all done great work on my car, no issues with long-term reliability of any work they've done. However, the customer service experience, turnaround time, and cost leaves too much to be desired for me. Sure you can get a loaner car, but then the repairs take even longer then, seemingly deprioritized since you have a loaner. Customer service outreach is lacking, I often had to reach out myself for end-of-day or end-of week updates. Maybe that's just me, but I don't like the open-ended timing with no clue on when the work may be done by. Pricing may be on par with other dealership service, but they underquoted me by >$1,000 on one big job without a change to the scope of services, and then had no explanation or consolation to offer when confronted about it. These repeat experiences have left a sour taste and I'll be taking my car elsewhere.
