Try to call and place a lumber order.....I called several times only to be transferred to a ringing number with no one there. When I finally did get someone I was informed that there was a $69 charge for delivering $700 worth of lumber. Didn't they make enough off the wood?

Im rating the location Ordered a wheel barrow as a gift. Chose same day delivery option and received confirmation email that it would be delivered same day. Called intended recipient to let him know to expect a delivery. Hours later, was called by HD employee and told they did not have any assembled on hand. Assured me that it would be built and delivered the next day. Checked my account and noted that she marked it as undeliverable nobody home. !! Called 800 number and was told that nothing had been noted on their end about re-delivery and order had not been updated at all. She forwarded my call to Dixon City HD. I chose prompt for manager. Waited and waited for manager to answer. 10 minutes or so later phone was answered by customer service desk. No manager. She asked the info about my order and put me back on hold for another 15 minutes. Came back to tell me that it still was not assembled, but would be assembled and delivered the next day although she tried to be very helpful and it was not her fault same day delivery turned into possible 3rd day delivery! I requested to be compensated for the delivery charge, Which she told me, she would put back on to my account as a refund. Once again, try to speak with a manager, and she forwarded me to the extension. Manager said he will have it assembled and delivered today Im cautiously optimistic, But wishing I had ordered from Amazon!
