Revise: I'VE SPENT 10000'S HERE, THEY WOULD'T TAKE A RETURN ON AN UN-USED IN PACKAGING ITEM. DONE SHOPPING HERE IF I CAN'T SPEND THOUSANDS AND RETURN A FEW UN-USED ITEMS. REVISE 2.0: I bought my roofing here. My fence. $10000s worth of paint, tools, landscaping in the past. Still salty, and still haven't spent $1 here since my revise 1 year ago. I spent 10k in one year but I hit the return limit for the year(which was a small percent of the total) and they stopped accepting my returns. Adios forever, and I advice any high spenders of home repairs to shop elsewhere..... An attentive manager/assistant made the sale for this store 10/23. Leaving a review because that level of service is rare these days. I was just driving by and wanted to check out fencing prices. No one could give me an answer until this guy came along. Explained that they were on discount because it was late in the season. I asked about making a gate, he showed me the kit he'd recommend. He explained how to rent a truck, so I decided to pick up a buddy and get it done that day. Should have caught his name, 30ish African American guy. Seemed like a manager. Thank you for the help.

Big shout out to IAN who helped me with blinds, JASON who saw me needing help and took initiative and also carried it to the front for me offering to take it to my car and LYSANDRA who checked out my items with professionalism and a nice friendly personality for top notch customer service. Everyone was professional, patient and so helpful. I had a great experience in every department I visited all the way to my checkout experience. Stellar experience.
