Unsure what "Al" is going on about...seems like a manufacruring issue & do you think the competition will give a straight answer? I've bought multiple pairs over a bit of time, I wouldn't know anyone now but always had good service & I did get my favorite pair from there, Rimless, delicate & easy to misplace! But that was on me. 2 of us went to different places, the "$500 pair one" he did more work fitting than they did in Montdale & never again. HATE the line & will get 2 pairs next. His were limited in style at a more convenient place unless you wanted your pocket emptied. After a year a new exam & different style coming for both. Boscovs will be the 1st place we're looking, hope they take the insurance as some of the BIGSHOTS won't. & no thanks to Chinamart.

I ordered a new pair of glasses today.  The total experience was positive.  The sales associate treated me with respect.  She took time to answer my questions and to help me select new frames.  She provided information, discussed options, and encouraged me to carefully consider my options.  No pressure!I was so frustrated with my previous eye care center.  It was nice to be treated with respect!

Purchased prescription glasses from here out of my own pocket no insurance paid over 500 for them. I took the glasses to get a cleaning and they asked where i bought them from she explained the lenses had something they call a orange peel defect never realized it. I call to mention it to them and the lady tells me i have transition lenses and thats common and cracks etc if exposed to sunlight etc. what the hell is the point of transition lenses if they obviously not meant for sunlight exposure they're prescription lenses for a reason im going to wear them. Never again will i deal with them

Boscovs is#1. Great prices. Great selection. Better than walmart. You get department store quality at walmart prices.
