Paid additional money per lens for the transitional auto tint. Was told it could take a couple times of being in the sun for them to darken. After a week of nothing, tech advised I put them in the freezer for a while, then go outside to see. That didn't work either. Don't think they ever added the tint option, just charged me for it

Update: As you can see from my last post, I was very happy until I actually got my glasses, even though they had sent me away and the suddenly found another doc that could do my prescription. I don't think I was ever fitted right for my glasses. They were extremely tight on my head. Of course, it would be because they were damaged, when I received them. My eye sight is bad, so I didn't realize right away, but I could see that they were abnormally out on the bottom and when I got home they looked crooked to me. I let them know about both issues, and the manager ok'ed me to get a new prescription and they said my glasses looked fine, not crooked. I figured they knew what they were talking about. So, the new prescription didn't help either, but seemed better than the first time. For some reason these glasses were crooked, and it looked like the male doc that gave them to me had dropped them and picked them up, after I let him know they were tight. They were all messed up. At one point with my vision being so off, the other doc referred me to a specialist that didn't take my prescription. I hadn't known until I tried to make an appt. and they told me they didn't take it. The other doc from Walmart Eye Care knew, though, because it says it on the paper that they don't take my insurance. I couldn't find another specialist and they never got back to me with one. So, I was left with nothing all year, but these glasses that don't work ,and damaged frames, they damaged. It was all very overwhelming so I ended up giving up. Then I went back around xmas I was doing to ask for a replacement frame, and I had anxiety about even going there, and it was crowded, so put it off again, thinking I had time, because I didn't actually get these glasses for a bit. Then they told me the warranty ran out. It was only a week after. So, I'm stuck with broken frames they gave me, like this. Can't wait to go back to my last doc. This was an awful experience. I would give 5 stars if they didn't send me away the first time, because the doc said he couldn't do my prescription because of my cones or something like that. I was baffled. I had to go back to see another doctor and she was great. If I hadn't called and asked again, then I wouldn't of even known they had a different doctor. They workers were all very pleasant. I loved the glasses I picked out, and I can't wait to get them, and I never liked any glasses I've had yet, which is why I normally wear contacts. I will go back for contacts in about a month, after giving my eyes a rest, since I wore them so long without a break. One thing I really loved about this place is they tell you exactly what it's going to cost, not try and fool you like some of the places, so you end up with a bill you can't afford, by the time they are done. They told me exactly what my insurance would pay before I even made the appointment. Wish my b/f had gone here, maybe for his next appt. :)

I am grateful to Dr. Simons.. he saved my vision.. he found a Drance (optic nerve) hemorrhage (precursor to glaucoma) .. I had no symptoms as many people do nothis findings prompted me to get treatment for glaucoma which would have caused blindness if left untreated

Dont go here for a glasses prescription. They refuse to give you a pupillary distance if you dont purchase frames through them. $88 spent for them to give you a hard time . Said its to keep people from launching complaints over glasses they didnt make. Obviously its you make money off of frames. Completely asinine.
