Went in for a standard checkup last Thursday. Was asked to wear a mask. I’ve had “Covid” and I am a healthy and active individual, So I politely declined given that is my right to refuse to wear a medical device knowing the risks and benefits. I was refused the opportunity to see the doctor. If my personal choice as to what to do with my body and my health is not a priority at this facility, then what is? If a mask and a vaccine protect the individuals at risk, then they should be protected regardless of another individual, correct? Your fears have no bearing on my personal choice of what to put into and/or on my body. I will not comply with a direct violation of the Nuremberg code. Especially not for a survival rate 99.97% when the evidence of this widespread fraud on the American public is all over the place.

This facility is absolutely disgraceful. No one answers the phone calls, digital messages, or returns calls. communication sucks, good luck trying to get any of your needs addressed. They do not care about their patients whatsoever. Will be finding a higher contact, and different provider. that's probably what they want.

I called the radiology department for an appointment, the lady said u don't need one! She took all my info and told me they don't take my insurance. Wth!!! She really sounded thrilled to b there! Very rude, hung up on me no goodby!!
