I only wish I could give 0 stars. The woman at the desk was EXTREMELY hostile and rude as soon as I walked in. Her first words were, "Are you late?" I simply answered with no and that I had an appointment. She told me to sit down twice. Very condescending. Then proceeded to tell me they couldn't even draw my bloodwork because my doctor had ordered it for a specific time frame, which is fine. However, her whole tone and body language was very condescending. I then got up to leave and in the most unprofessional way you can imagine she yelled, "IT WAS YOUR DOCTOR NOT ME, HONEY!" She was probably in a bad mood because I was keeping her from going home early to check on her 17 cats. The most unprofessional experience I've ever had at a lab.

The man at the desk was so incredibly rude. We did not know we needed an appointment. He said I have 16 people that have appointments, and you just wait until theyre done. Wont be back.

My first experience here was definitely my last. My husband had a procedure done so he was home and able to watch our small children while I ran to get my monthly labs done. My appointment was at 1:45 and I arrived at 1:43, mind you they close at 2. The woman at the desk did not greet me (not even a hello) and I stood there and waited for her to finally say something or guide me and after about 3 minutes had passed she says youre late and sighed in annoyance. I heard her and the man talking about getting something set up and then they can immediately get out of there. She checked me in and the man there drew my blood in almost complete silence. I was on time until she decided to wait MINUTES later until the clock hit 1:45 to address me. I even looked on my location and see I clearly arrived on time. She was just very super rude. The entire aura of this place was just off. So I will drive the extra 10 minutes to get my blood drawn each month at a lab where I am treating with basic human decency.
