        Id give them -10 if possible!! Seriously 10 hour wait for an ER !? Meanwhile my daughter is sitting in pain and people are having family gatherings eating and chattering like nothing is wrong while they are ALL wearing a bracelet to be seen !!!??? It was ABSOLUTELY Ridiculous. Heaven forbid you ask a question because the staff is snappy and mean . They even sat there behind the desk ordering and eating food. Very unprofessional!
