I've been a patient here for over 10 years. The best providers, nurses, cna, lab personnel, room service and cafeteria staff EVERYONE here is amazing. I am so grateful for their outstanding service. I had delivered 2 of my children here, I had surgical procedures done here and been at the ER several times and my experience has always been smooth. Outstanding compassionate service. The night shift staff is so patient despite being on during such difficult shift. Covid has changed the world and individuals have different experiences depending on their specific situation; I am eternally grateful. I recommend this place.

I brought my daughter in with 104.5 fever they left us in the waiting room for 5 hours. I asked the nurse if she could have water her response was she could have some, do you have a bottle? To which I responded no I have nothing with me she never came back to so much as check on my daughter. I got her water from the vending machine. After asking 2xs about the wait time & thinking I heard her name once I got the response we tried to call her. There was no way possible we wouldnt of heard, my daughter, aunt & I never moved from where we were told to sit & were close up! I asked for the ER managers info & was only given her first name. We live out of state & this was just aweful luck for us. The waiting room wasnt even that busy, I hope no one EVER has to go through this experience child or adult.

My mother is needing immediate care with severe symptoms and they took her blood pressure and sent her to the waiting room all night. No ekg no bloodwork no checking up on her. I'm so disgusted. This is a crime. I tried speaking with them and the security guard laughed at me.
