Billing and payment system is still in the 19th century.
DO NOT use electronic payments e-checks or auto pay from your bank to them. Do not over pay the monthly amount. Do not borrow from you account. Make sure you write out a physical check each month and write in the account and payment for in the the Memo portion of you check the and mail it with the statement.
If you use any other payment method other than a live check written out by you, your payments will not be allocated correctly and they will not be able to figure out what pay when where and how much you owe your loan. And it will be your fault for not making payments correctly. And it is not disclosed any where on the loan or bill statements stating you have to pay a certain way. We are in the 21st century get eith the times.
