I have no problem with the staffing but I do have a problem with NOBODY ever answering their phone calls. It does Not matter which office you try no one answers at any of the offices. Then they will tell the doctors lies and say that they called you, or they will put you down as a no call/no show even though you leave several messages.

Horrible they NEVER answer the phone!!!!!!! IF any a miracle they do, THEY HANG UP ON YOU!

They bad in returning your call I called like 50 times and they never call you back... and they was supposed to send me a package with some information I need it and never received it ..

Terrible at not returning calls. This is a hospital and the ignorance of not keeping up with clients for weeks of leaving a message is terrible and negligent.
