They tried to make me as comfortable as possible. I have bad anxiety. They let me sit in a quiet place, and everything went fairly quickly. I would recommend Oak St. Health

Oak Street Health Reading Clinic has helped me find a PCP for over ten low-income individuals with Medicare as their insurance. As a new practice, the people I have worked with have been nothing but exceptional. I highly recommend any seniors with Medicare who need a PCP to set up an appointment.

The place is nice and clean.. the ladies at the desks are alway nice and very helpful to patients..The man doctor there is amazing.. can't say enough.!!. Love him! but the women coworkers are caddy to each other.. I've been there many times and I have seen their interactions with each other.. Today no one showed us to the door and we were unsure if, we were done or what.. and the woman dr asked us in such a loud demeaning way.. are you done? I said im not sure what we are doing..And she basically told us to leave... I believe at most medical places the nurse shows you out... um hello? she is always blinged out..do not care for her or her attitude..did not deserve an attitude!.. she yelled at us like we doing something wrong.. nope , just some directions lady. fyi ..I understand everyone has a bad day.. today must of been hers.

I was called by an agent of Oak Street Health. I have a PCP I trust but my wife is always in need of help with her health. The place itself was beautiful, so clean, and roomy, you couldn't ask for more. The people were even better. I was pleasantly surprised when I met a woman who worked there who was familiar with the area my wife and I had lived in NYC. The doctor himself was good, I liked him almost immediately. As I said, I have a PCP that I trust and like but I would like to utilize the services offered by Oak Street Health for all areas that I can.
