When Jeremy started doing work on my oil burner I was very pleased. But sadly after I hired him to install a heat pump for over $10,000. I was sorry I trusted him. He was sloppy, full of excuses for not showing up, not ordering the parts he needed, or even knowing he needed those parts. I even had to hire someone else to clean up the oil spill he caused and ignored. I had to hire someone else to come to look at it because Jeremy will not respond to my messages and requests. This whole project took a lot longer to finish, a lot more money and a lot more tolerance than should have been needed.

Mini split installed for main living area. Heating and cooling. $4-5k total. 2.5days work. So glad I didnt have to try to DIY it. Other HVAC companies tried to lie to me, Jeremy did me straight, clean work for honest pay. 3 Mo. UPDATE: so glad I have that mini split, paid off the 6 mo. interest free loan that Jeremy hooked me up with.

Jeremy was able to come early due to an opening and was here on time and able to identify, find a solution, get the part needed and complete the job. He explained what was the issue and what needed to be done. Got the parts, came back and completed the job skillfully and well. Will be definitely considering him again for repairs on the system!
