        After dealing with numerous propane companies, Eastern was by far the most pleasant to work with. Super nice customer service. I own a propane tank but without having a proof of ownership document its been incredibly difficult to find a company to fill it. Eastern simply had me fill out a form and had my tank tested. Thanks Eastern!

        Absolutely horrible service. I'll be shopping around for a new supplier. Their regulator is faulty and has caused numerous cooktop issues and is now a danger. We have contacted Eastern 3 times in the past 24 hours, and they say we might get someone out on December 21st, the were notified on Dec 14th . We have NO cook top, with no resolution in sight. Currently, Eastern is basically refusing to service THEIR equipment. Do yourself a favor and find a different supplier. Calling Suburban next!
