I have always had a pleasant experience at this location. The doctors have been nice, even though I had mostly seen virtual ones because it was the pandemic-lol. They were still great, and so were the in person docs. But the front staff has always gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me or my family when we are there. I see them working on charts, answering phones, checking people out, AND they still have time to help me pick out the best frames for my faceand I think I was being annoying . They are always so very gracious. The staff here are excellent and deserve the best and should be treated with respect. They are hard workers and that makes them the backbone of our society. We need more people like them!

They are so rude here. I had questions because I spoke with my insurance prior to my appointment and they were just so rude about it instead of being helpful or offering to help. I know how insurance works AND Ive been told incorrectly and overcharged in my life but the people here just treat you like youre stupid. Then the eye doctor speaks so low and goes so quick its really hard to even know youre being taken care of. I called back my insurance and was told something in addition and then called visionworks back and it was the same. When I told them I didnt appreciate being spoken to like Im the one thats stupid, they hung up on me.
