First, I do not usually post negative reviews, but this place warranted it! Do not go here! My experience was awful! First. They called me to cancel for my first appointment when I was able to book online because they said they didnt have an x-ray person there. Fine! Then I took off of work for an 2nd scheduled appointment and went there Friday March 29th at 3:15. They proceeded to tell me that they had been calling me for hours to cancel because they are 2 hours behind. When I asked them for the phone number they had on file, they gave me my phone number, yet NO ONE called me! I told them that no one has called me. They said, Well I am not sure what happened. I lost out on work pay and a dentist appointment. Awful! Dont waste your time here!

I do not have anything good to say about this practice. THIS PRACTICE HAS VERY- FEW -STARS on every Internet page for a reason.At my fist visit the hygienist was running behind so I couldn't be seen by her. The dentist didn't look in my mouth, only glanced at my front teeth and complemented that my teeth and gums looked nice/healthy. I proceeded to checkout and spoke with the office manager who wanted to schedule a Scaling and follow-up which would cost hundreds of dollars out of pocket. I questioned why I wasn't going to be seen for a routine cleaning. Her response, "we don't do that." I called my insurance, waited on hold, they spoke with her- She completely lied, they spoke with me, within 10 mins she changed her storyby saying there was a mix-up. She rescheduled my 2nd appointment which was cancelled an hour before because the hygienist had a family emergency. On my next appointment the hygienist checked my gums and told me 4 of my back teeth would need a special treatment which would cost over $500 after my insurance. Once again I was leaving without a cleaning on my teeth which I was PROMISED I would receive. I told the office manager that she once again lied and I will once again be calling my insurance company. THIS PRACTICE HAS VERY FEW STARS ON EVERY INTERNET PAGE for a reason. I would advise going elsewhere.

I had a great visit at Aspen Dental. The staff was friendly and the hygienist that did my cleaning was great and explained everything!

I was happy to hear I could get in for an emergency broken tooth. However the appointment was at 8:30. The front counter was very nice. I only gave a rating of 2 because after my initial check in. At 9:15, I was put into the dentist chair. It wasn't until after 10:15 the dentist came in. He only spent about 5 minutes actually examining, I was then told by the dentist someone would come to get me. That was another 20 minutes. It would have been nice to have been more communications... sorry for the wait, thank you for being patient... ect. I made another appointment at a different dentist. I didn't feel comfortable. It seemed thet they were more concerned about having me fill out a credit application then actually taking care of my initial need. They talked more about financing my repair.
