Lachina installed window treatments in two houses we have owned over the last twelve years or so with no problems. They installed window treatments in our current home in every window and there were no problems initially, but eventually all the window treatments developed issues with performance. A representative came out and assessed the problems and advised that all the window products need replaced and they would do so with no charge to us. We contacted Lachina by email and telephone on numerous occasions. They said they were processing our replacement, but we have not received our replacements and they stopped returning our calls and emails. After waiting eight months without contact from Lachina, we are moving on and hired another company to replace the defective Lachina products. Nest Expressions (Wexford, PA) installed window treatments throughout our home recently and we are pleased with their sales people, installation crew and product performance.
